You will need an active MyChart account to activate virtual care. If you do not have a MyChart account, let us know and we will help you through this process.
You will then be given directions to access virtual care in MyChart prior to your appointment. You will also receive a one-time code to access the virtual waiting room in these instructions.

All data is encrypted, your sessions are anonymous, and none of your information is stored. Our virtual care platform, as well as the Moreland staff and providers, adhere to HIPAA data privacy requirements.
Please check-in to the virtual waiting room 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
It is advised that you review the instructions below to test your computer/mobile device for active microphone and video settings to ensure a successful visit.
Virtual care visits are billed the same way as an in-office visit. Your visit will be submitted to your insurance if you have coverage. Any out-of-pocket expense will be billed to you.
