Exciting news! Moreland OB-GYN is making a big move—within the same building. Starting in January 2025, our main Waukesha location will transition to a newly renovated and expanded suite designed with your comfort and care in mind.

We’re not going far (just downstairs!), but our new location in Suite 120 at 1111 Delafield St. will offer the space needed to continue to provide exceptional care for our existing and new patients.

A Look Inside Our New Space

At Moreland OB-GYN, your health and well-being are at the center of everything we do. This expansion, which features a modern yet warm design, reflects our commitment to providing innovative, personalized care that grows alongside your needs.

The new location will include:

• More Room to Serve You: With a 59% increase in space, we’re growing from 13,900 to 21,800 square feet to make your visits even more comfortable.
  
  
• Expanded Exam Rooms: We’ve increased from 19 to 26 exam rooms to reduce wait times and ensure more availability for appointments.
  
  
• Enhanced Ultrasound Services: Additional ultrasound rooms (initially increasing from 4 to 5, with room to expand to 7 means faster access to important diagnostic services.
  
  
• More In-Office Procedures: We have added a second procedure room, which will allow us to provide more care conveniently and efficiently right here in our office.
  
  
• Private Entrance: Say hello to added privacy and convenience with an independent entrance that takes you directly to our suite—no need to navigate through the main building.

Making the Move

We’re committed to making this transition as smooth as possible, ensuring you receive the same exceptional care without any interruptions. Throughout January, we’ll relocate from our current space in Suite 311 to our new home in Suite 120. By the end of the month, we’ll be ready to welcome you into our updated, expanded location.
